Family mourns six-year-old boy’s death in car crash
PIERCE CITY, Mo. — A family is mourning the loss of a family member after a car crash in Newton County. On April 14, the Courtney family was in a car traveling together, three miles east of Diamond. The family was struck by a 55-year-old man, leaving a six-year-old boy named Fynn Courtney killed and minor injuries to three of the family members. According to a GoFundMe, Meghan, Shaun and Luke Courtney survived the accident. Meghan and Shaun are pastors of a church. A GoFundMe has been set up to help pay for the child's funeral expenses and for medical costs occurred to the family.
