Factors in deadly St. Paul crash may include speed and alcohol, according to police.

Authorities in St. Paul, Minnesota reported that alcohol may have contributed to a tragic accident resulting in the death of one man and the hospitalization of another. The collision occurred on Sunday evening at the intersection of Arlington Avenue West and Dale Street North, as confirmed by the St. Paul Police Department. A sedan, driven by a speeding individual, disregarded a red light and collided with an SUV, propelling it 40 yards. The SUV's driver was extracted from the vehicle but sadly passed away at the scene, while the sedan driver sustained injuries that were deemed non-life-threatening. Police stated that there are indications suggesting alcohol may have played a role in the incident.
