A crash with injuries has caused road impacts for all eastbound traffic on I-40 on Friday afternoon, according to the Greensboro Police Department. ►Check road conditions before traveling All I-40 eastbound drivers will be diverted onto I-73 South at exit 212 due to a traffic crash involving injuries. Guilford County EMS told WXII they responded to the scene to treat and transport one person as a result of the crash.
