Emergency services arrive at North Babylon crash on Southern State Parkway
Emergency responders are currently at the site of a two-vehicle collision on the Southern State Parkway in North Babylon. A white Jeep Wrangler can be seen overturned in images taken from Chopper 2 above the scene. Officials from the New York State Police reported to CBS News New York that the collision occurred close to Exit 39 at 10:51 a.m. It was noted that at least one individual was thrown from the vehicle during the accident, however, all injuries sustained are fortunately not life-threatening.
