Elderly man severely injured, hospitalized following car accident: PSP Corry
(WJET/WFXP) – An elderly man was taken to the hospital for suspected serious injuries following a car accident in Crawford County. On Tuesday, May 6, Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Corry responded to an accident on State Highway 77 near Dorn Road. According to police, the driver, an 82-year-old Grand Valley man, drove off the highway and into a ditch. The driver was believed to be severely injured during this accident and was transported to UPMC Hamot by the Spartansburg Volunteer Fire Department's ambulance service. The car was heavily damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
