DUI manslaughter arrest follows fatal Mobile crash
A man has been taken into custody by the Mobile Police Department following a fatal collision that occurred on Sunday night. The individual, identified as 30-year-old Franklin Oriel Fajardp-Arana, was arrested on DUI manslaughter charges in relation to the incident that took place around 3 p.m. on October 26 at the intersection of Michael Boulevard and Montlimar Drive. The crash involved a Toyota Corolla and a Toyota 4Runner, resulting in the 4Runner overturning. Sadly, a passenger in the 4Runner was fatally injured in the collision. Fajardp-Arana is currently detained in the Metro Jail by the Department of Homeland Security for ICE.
