Driver killed in single-car crash on Pembroke Road identified by Greensboro police
The Greensboro Police Department has identified the driver who tragically lost his life in a crash on Friday evening in Greensboro, North Carolina. Emergency responders were called to the scene of a single-car accident involving a Ford Focus sedan on Pembroke Road and Chatham Drive. The car veered off the road, hit a barrier, and collided with a tree. The driver, 64-year-old William Perry Morgan, passed away from injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities are investigating the incident and impairment is not believed to have played a role.
