Driver killed in Marshalltown crash on Highway 30
A fatal rollover accident occurred on Highway 30 in Marshalltown on Wednesday afternoon when a driver lost control of their pickup truck while attempting to brake for a slow-moving truck pulling a gravity wagon. The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, tragically passed away at the scene. The identity of the driver has not been disclosed, and there were no other reported injuries. The westbound lanes of Highway 30 were closed for approximately three hours following the crash but have since been reopened. The Marshalltown Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
