Driver identified in deadly crash on Buford Road by Chesterfield police
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Chesterfield County Police Department has identified the driver killed in the deadly crash on Buford Road that occurred two weeks ago. Chesterfield police is continuing its investigation on the deadly crash that took place at approximately 10:34 p.m. on April 11, at the 200 block of Buford Road. According to police, investigation determined that a sedan car driven by 28-year-old Cyquan F. Harris was headed south on Buford Road at a high speed, which resulted in Harris losing control of the car and hitting a power pole. Police said Harris was thrown from the car, and was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
