Driver fatally shot multiple times following collision in west Houston
A driver was discovered fatally shot after crashing into a parked car on the west side of Houston late Saturday, as reported by the Houston Police Department (HPD). The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Brier Terrace Drive. Initially reported as a traffic accident, residents in the area heard a loud noise and later found their parked car had been hit. Upon approaching the driver of the striking vehicle, they discovered the driver had been shot multiple times. Emergency services pronounced the driver dead at the scene. The police have no details on the events leading to the shooting, as the homeowners did not recognize the driver or the vehicle.
