Driver faces charges after fatal motorcycle crash in Hermitage

A 38-year-old man is facing charges in connection with the tragic death of a motorcyclist in Hermitage earlier this year. The incident occurred on April 25 on Lebanon Pike, resulting in the death of 47-year-old Jeremy Whitaker. A Toyota Tundra was involved in the crash, with evidence suggesting that Justin Blake was driving at the time. Blake was charged with multiple offenses including vehicular homicide and driving on a revoked license. He has been placed in the Metro jail with a bond set at $110,000.
