Driver detained for fatal hit-and-run in Framingham; tricycle rider killed
According to authorities, a tragic incident occurred in Framingham, Massachusetts, on Wednesday morning when a person riding a tricycle was fatally struck by a driver near Concord Street and Gorman Road who then fled the scene. Witnesses reported that the victim, identified as a man, was hit while on the tricycle. The driver was later apprehended by Framingham police and is expected to face charges of leaving the scene of the accident causing death in court on Thursday. At the crash site, an orange tricycle was found, and onlookers observed emergency responders providing medical assistance.
