Driver deserts injured woman in deadly Muskego accident, then apprehended
A 77-year-old woman tragically passed away following a single-vehicle accident in Muskego on Sunday evening along Hillendale Drive. The driver of the vehicle, a 47-year-old man, fled the scene, while the injured woman was left behind. Good Samaritans provided aid until emergency services arrived, but unfortunately, the woman succumbed to her injuries at a local hospital. The man was later apprehended at a nearby residence. Various charges are being brought against him, including intoxicated vehicular homicide. The investigation, including crash reconstruction by the Wisconsin State Patrol, is ongoing.
