Driver claims he suffered a seizure before crashing into another vehicle
A vehicle collision on Interstate 240 close to Sycamore View in Memphis caused traffic congestion this morning, according to police reports. The driver allegedly lost control of the car while traveling southbound on I-240 near Madison Avenue, colliding with a parked vehicle in the left emergency lane. The driver mentioned experiencing frequent seizures, which he believes led to the accident. Despite refusing medical treatment, the driver was issued a traffic citation.
