Driver charged with vehicular manslaughter and DUI after fatal Berea collision
A woman named Elizabeth Fox, 48, is facing charges after a fatal crash that occurred on April 9 in Madison County. The incident, which resulted in the death of Victoria McQueary, 27, led to Fox being charged with DUI and vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol. Following the crash at the intersection of Richmond Road and the Berea Bypass, McQueary was tragically declared dead. Fox, identified as the other driver involved, was hospitalized for treatment and has since been detained at the Madison County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond.
