
Driver arrested for fatal pedestrian accident in Nashua, according to police
During a tragic incident on Sunday morning in Nashua, a driver has been taken into custody following a fatal collision with a pedestrian. The unfortunate event occurred at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Kinsley Street near Ferson Street. The victim, who was identified as 58-year-old Kurt Boutin from Nashua, was struck by a vehicle driven by 52-year-old Jason Fizgerald, also from Nashua. Fizgerald has been charged with aggravated DUI, and authorities are considering additional charges. Police have confirmed that detectives and accident reconstruction teams are currently investigating the incident.
