A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal multi-vehicle crash near Shenandoah Park, as reported by Miami police. The incident, which resulted in the death of a jogger and injuries to a woman in an ice cream truck, occurred when Andres Fialloestupinan, 36, was driving at a high speed on SW 21 Avenue. The jogger was hit from behind, sustaining severe injuries, while the ice cream truck and two other vehicles were also struck. Following the crash, Fialloestupinan attempted to walk away but was apprehended by bystanders. The deceased jogger, who was a husband and father of two, has not yet been publicly identified. Fialloestupinan and the injured woman were both taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital for treatment. Fialloestupinan faces charges related to leaving the scene of the accidents.
