Doctor accused of abuse before fatal accident
Days before a tragic plane crash at Lancaster Airport claimed the life of Lebanon County doctor Musaddiq Nazeeri, court records reveal that his wife filed a protection from abuse order against him. The order was filed on July 18, and the fatal crash occurred on July 20, at around 8 a.m. The documents submitted for the protection order detailed disturbing allegations of abuse by Nazeeri towards his wife, including physical violence, threats, and intimidation. The order mandated that Nazeeri be evicted from their home and have no contact with his wife and their minor child. An upcoming hearing about the protection from abuse order was scheduled at the Lebanon County Courthouse for July 25.
