Fortunately, no one was present in the dance studio located within the plaza at the time of the accident. The Dancing School by Miss Jilli, the affected business, will be displaced until repairs are made to the building, causing distress for the owner who relies on the space. Simeone expressed gratitude that the situation was not more severe and that no bystanders were injured. However, he acknowledged the significant impact on the long-time tenant's business due to the incident. Simeone is currently coordinating with insurance to determine when the plaza can be repaired, while the other businesses at Towne Centre Plaza continue to operate as usual.
