
Detectives look for witnesses, footage from fatal I-90 crash in Fall City, WA
Law enforcement officials are asking for assistance from potential witnesses and individuals with video recordings regarding a tragic hit-and-run incident that occurred on westbound I-90 near Fall City. The incident involved a black Toyota Sequoia that struck and fatally injured a pedestrian crossing the freeway. The Washington State Patrol is specifically looking for footage showing the vehicle before the collision, during the incident or its aftermath. Details about the events leading to the accident or the reasons why the pedestrian was on the road are currently undisclosed. The collision happened on June 19 around 12:20 p.m. Troopers managed to identify a red vehicle associated with the victim situated on the right shoulder near the accident site. After the collision, the driver of the Toyota Sequoia attempted to steal a white pickup truck but failed, ultimately climbing into its bed.
