Denver man accused of causing fatal crash with school bus

A man from Denver has received an additional charge in connection to a recent crash involving a school activity bus that caused multiple injuries. The 1st Judicial District Attorney's Office has now charged Andrew Logan Miller with vehicular homicide. Miller was previously arrested for offenses such as speeding, reckless driving, and child abuse after being accused of driving the SUV that collided with the school bus. Unfortunately, one of the crash victims passed away due to injuries, leading to the new charge. The incident occurred when a wrestling team from Central High School in Mesa County was traveling on a bus for a tournament. The collision took place at an intersection, resulting in a total of 16 individuals being hospitalized. Authorities believe that speed was a significant factor in the crash. Miller is currently in custody, awaiting transfer to Jefferson County Jail while the investigation remains ongoing.
