According to reports from Spanish media, there has been a tragic accident resulting in the loss of Liverpool footballer Diogo Jota and his brother Andre. The 28-year-old Portuguese player was involved in a fatal car crash in Zamora, Spain. The incident occurred on the A-52 highway near Palacios de Sanabria, where their vehicle veered off the road and caught fire early Thursday morning. Jota, who recently got married and is a father of three, had achieved success by winning both the Premier League with Liverpool last season and the UEFA Nations League with Portugal. He had made the move to Liverpool from Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2020 for a transfer fee of £40m.
