Death of Canadian citizen in Blacksburg pedestrian incident
Blacksburg Police reported a tragic incident involving a Canadian citizen, Franklin S. Zhang, who was fatally struck by a vehicle while on the sidewalk at the 200 block of Prices Fork Road. The collision involved two vehicles and resulted in the death of Zhang at the hospital. The investigation into the accident is still in progress.
