Deadly vehicle accident in Stark County, North Dakota.
A tragic incident occurred in Stark County where a man from South Heart lost his life after his pickup truck rolled into a ditch. The North Dakota Highway Patrol received a report of the crash late Thursday night. The vehicle, a 2002 Ford F-150, was found overturned by a passerby on 48th Street SW near 122nd Avenue SW. According to authorities, the truck was traveling north on 122nd Avenue SW when the driver lost control, leading to the accident. Sadly, the 44-year-old driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, sustained fatal injuries. The exact timing of the crash is not definite, though road and weather conditions were reported to be favorable. Responding to the scene were the Highway Patrol, Stark County Sheriff’s Office, Dickinson Ambulance, and Dickinson Rural Fire Department. The incident is currently being investigated.
