Deadly Tesla collision causes traffic congestion
A driver who reportedly caused a hit-and-run incident led to a collision and fire on Highway 17 in Santa Cruz County just after 11:20 a.m. on Friday, as documented by the California Highway Patrol traffic incident log. A tragic crash occurred on Highway 17 northbound near Vine Hill Road, resulting in a fatality. According to the information noted, a Tesla vehicle was hit by another vehicle, causing the Tesla to crash into a guardrail and tree, subsequently igniting in flames as captured in videos.
