Deadly Sussex bus crash investigation finds no charges.
The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department has confirmed that no charges or citations were given in the tragic school bus accident in Sussex which led to the death of 5-year-old Finn Katona on Jan. 2. Finn was involved in the crash while transferring to a shuttle bus at Silver Spring Intermediate School. The Hamilton School District expressed continued sorrow for the event and, out of respect for the family's privacy and the sensitivity of the matter, they have decided not to offer further comments at this time. Following Katona's passing, the district has adjusted its bus routes for 4-K students.
