Deadly off-ramp crash in East Los Angeles.

Authorities confirmed that an individual passed away early Saturday morning following a fiery crash on a freeway off-ramp in East Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. on the 500 block of Brittania Street in Boyle Heights and involved four vehicles. According to a California Highway Patrol spokesperson speaking to KTLA, the crash likely began on the Cesar Chavez Avenue off-ramp of the 10 Freeway. Sadly, one driver was unable to escape their vehicle, which caught fire, leading to their death at the scene. As of Saturday morning, the victim's identity was not released.
