Deadly crash shuts down Route 322 for extended time
An 18-year-old man riding an electric unicycle died in a crash on Route 322, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office. The coroner said the teen unicyclist and a truck collided near the intersection of Route 322 and Sheep Hill Road in East Earl Township around 8:30 a.m. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the coroner. His name has not yet been released.The crash remains under active investigation. Route 322 closed According to Garden Spot Fire Rescue, Route 322 is shut down in both directions between Springville Road/Route 897 and Briertown Road.
