Deadly crash on Missouri highway harms three others

A tragic accident occurred on Friday afternoon on Missouri Route 11, just south of Kirksville. According to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), a man from Wentzville lost his life while three others were injured in the crash. The incident involved a driver in a Jeep Wrangler traveling in the wrong direction and colliding with a Toyota Corolla. The driver of the Jeep, a 27-year-old man from Kirksville, sustained serious injuries. The occupants of the Toyota Corolla, all from Wentzville, were a 43-year-old man who passed away, a 43-year-old woman with moderate injuries, and a 16-year-old boy with serious injuries. The MSHP Troop B, responsible for the investigation, is covering the case that took place around noon last Friday.
