Deadly Crash in Bishop Arts: Driver runs from fatal collision, caught a mile nearby
According to police, a pedestrian was fatally struck by an SUV in the Bishop Arts District on Sunday night. The driver then fled the scene, but was later located and taken into custody. The victim, who was crossing the street to meet friends at a taqueria, was pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of both the victim and the driver have not been disclosed.
