Deadly collision shuts down CO-115 by Florence
The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) announced that the highway between Florence and Cañon City was reopened to traffic around 3:30 p.m. following a fatal crash involving a motorcyclist earlier that day. The incident resulted in the closure of Colorado Highway 115. As per COTrip, the highway remains shut down in both directions between Mackenzie Avenue, near Brookside, and Elm Street, just outside Florence.
