Police authorities confirmed the casualties and stated that an investigation has been initiated to determine whether the crash was caused by the driver's negligence or a bus malfunction. The bus, belonging to a government-operated bus service, tumbled to the base of a gorge, prompting a rescue operation by workers and onlookers to aid those injured. Unfortunately, the driver was also hurt and is receiving medical care along with the other survivors.
