Deadly accident in Manitowoc County; car strikes culvert and flips.
A young man, aged 24, from Manitowoc passed away in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Monday morning, October 27. Deputies were called to English Lake Road just east of Union Road around 7 a.m. after receiving a report of the crash. According to the initial findings, a 2004 Subaru Impreza was going west on English Lake Road, veered off the road, struck a culvert, and then rolled over. Sadly, the driver, who was the sole occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene. The authorities are still investigating the incident.
