Deadly Accident at Goldenwest Street and Heil Avenue in Huntington Beach
A fatal high-speed collision occurred on Tuesday in Huntington Beach at the intersection of Goldenwest Street and Heil Avenue, resulting in one fatality and three injuries. The crash involved seven vehicles, including an Orange County Probation Department car. The incident, which took place at 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 2nd, was triggered by a man driving a gray Tesla eastbound on Heil at speeds of approximately 100 mph. The Tesla struck multiple vehicles at the intersection, ultimately flipping and landing on its roof half a mile away. Unfortunately, the man in the Tesla was pronounced dead at the scene, while three injured individuals were taken to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
