Damaging crash causing significant backup on westbound I-40 near Midwest City

A damaging multi-vehicle crash caused a significant traffic backup Thursday morning on Interstate 40 near Midwest City. >> Check out traffic conditions across Oklahoma here.The crash happened in the westbound lanes of I-40 near Harrah Road, just to the east of the Kickapoo Turnpike. It's unknown whether anyone was injured. Sky 5 Pilot Chase Rutledge said the backup was at least six miles. The scene has since been cleared.
