Crash with entrapment shuts down Georgetown County road, officials say
GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Emergency crews in Georgetown County are responding Thursday morning to a crash with entrapment. Georgetown County Fire and EMS said responders were on the scene of a “serious motor vehicle accident” on County Line Road near Dawnshire Drive. Officials said there was confirmed entrapment with multiple patients. Two medical helicopters were requested. County Line Road is closed. Drivers should use an alternative route. No other details were available.
