Crash ties up traffic on I-195 West before Washington Bridge
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Traffic was backed up on I-195 West due to a crash near Exit 2 in East Providence. According to a 12:32 p.m. post on X from RIDOT, the right center, right and right shoulder lanes were blocked. The crash has since been cleared, and travel on the highway is running smoothly again.
