Crash closes Dauphin County roadway; injuries reported
Editor's Note: County officials have retracted their earlier statement that the coroner's office was called to the scene. STEELTON, Pa. (WHTM)-- Multiple people were injured after a vehicle crash in Steelton on Monday morning. According to the Borough of Steelton, Front Street is closed from Chambers Street to Second Street and Eisenhower Blvd in Highspire Borough due to a car accident with injuries and multiple confinements. The borough said crews were dispatched to the scene around 1:55 a.m. on Monday. Emergency responders are still on the scene reconstructing the incident, the borough said. The extent of injuries is unknown. The roadway is expected to be reopened soon.
