County Police apprehend Wyatt man in wreck, found over 3 times legal limit fleeing the scene
A 63-year-old man from Wyatt was taken into custody by county police for fleeing the scene of an accident. The incident occurred on State Road 331 at 1st Road in Bremen on November 19th when Marshall County deputies were informed of the situation. The driver, identified as John Dreibelbis Jr., was apprehended by Deputy Geiger after being found intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over three times the legal limit. Following a medical check-up, Dreibelbis was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the accident scene, held on a $1500 cash bond. He was later released after the bond was posted.
