Conway police seek public assistance in finding man linked to fatal crash
Officials from the Conway Police Department are reaching out to the community for assistance in locating a man sought in connection with a serious car accident that resulted in two fatalities. The individual in question is 20-year-old Kevin Black Jr., and the incident took place on October 15, 2023. Reports suggest that Black was driving a Nissan Altima early in the morning when the vehicle veered off the road, resulting in a tragic crash. Unfortunately, a man and a woman who were passengers in the car lost their lives. Authorities have indicated that Black was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. He is now facing two charges of felony negligent homicide. Despite being given an opportunity to surrender, Black has not done so.
