Company grieves loss of employee in Fort Worth plane crash; Investigation ongoing

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is currently investigating a tragic plane crash in southwest Fort Worth that resulted in the deaths of two individuals. The crash occurred near Hicks Airfield, specifically on North Saginaw Boulevard close to Highway 287. The wreckage was located behind the Saginaw Boulevard Industrial Business Park where investigators, alongside Tarrant County Sheriff’s deputies, are on-site. A surveillance camera captured the aircraft’s fatal descent after departing Alliance Airport, crashing into the ground and igniting into flames. One of the victims has been identified as Michael Daly, a software developer at Solutions Group Services, who is remembered by colleagues as a devoted family man with a strong belief in his work. While FOX 4 has reached out to the FAA for comments on the investigation, they have not received a response, possibly due to the government shutdown. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has also not provided an update. Arleth Rodriguez, co-owner of Texas Performance Exhaust Shop located just a short distance from the crash site, expressed shock at the proximity of the incident to their business. The second victim’s identity and the total number of occupants on the aircraft remain undisclosed.
