Closure of I-225 due to fatal solo car accident
Authorities responded to a collision that took place Sunday evening on Interstate 225, temporarily closing all northbound lanes near Alameda Avenue. While two lanes have reopened, one lane and the shoulder remain closed following the fatal single-vehicle crash. Police confirmed one fatality and are currently investigating the incident.
