CHP investigates possible fatal ATV crash at R Wild Horse Ranch west ofRed Bluff
California Highway Patrol (CHP), Red Bluff unit has reported a possible fatal ATV crash in Platina, west of Red Bluff on June 24, 2026. At around 10:45 p.m., officers with the CHP were dispatched to a call of a possible off-road vehicle crash at R Wild Horse Ranch in Platina. When CHP officers arrived at the scene, they found the driver, Raymond Milton Balcioni, dead. He was believed to be about 70 years old.
