Chowchilla police officer dies in crash
A Chowchilla police officer tragically lost his life in a collision involving a police patrol vehicle and a Freightliner in Madera County. The incident occurred at the intersection of State Route 152 and Road 13, when the officer's marked Ford Explorer collided with the Freightliner hauling tomatoes.
