Chicago police search for 2 vehicles involved in Englewood hit-and-run in previous month
Chicago authorities are seeking two vehicles involved in a hit-and-run incident that severely injured a pedestrian in the South Side last month. The incident occurred in the Englewood neighborhood on the night of Wednesday, July 30, at around 11:35 p.m. According to police reports, a black 2024 Kia Seltos SUV with Illinois license plate EL95946 and a gray 2008 Volvo XC90 SUV with plate number EZ88526 were traveling eastbound on West Marquette Road, hitting the pedestrian before both drivers fled the scene.
