Charges pursued against Delano teen in Tulare County crash: CHP
An 18-year-old from Delano may be charged after causing a fatal head-on collision in Tulare County on Sunday. The incident took place near Richgrove when the teen's SUV veered into oncoming traffic, colliding with a sedan driven by a 52-year-old woman who tragically passed away at the scene. The driver of the SUV, identified as Cesar Oswaldo Morales Martinez, suffered minor injuries and was not hospitalized. The California Highway Patrol has stated that alcohol or drugs were not involved in the crash and is recommending manslaughter charges against Martinez.
