Charges dropped against woman arrested in triple-fatal Volusia County crash, records show

Charges have been dropped against a woman who was arrested last month in an October hit-and-run crash that left three people dead in Volusia County, records show. An announcement of no information was filed in Lindsey Brooke Isaacs’ case on Friday, pertaining to three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of leaving the scene of a crash with death, one count of leaving the scene of a crash with injury and a charge of reckless driving with serious bodily injury. The Florida Highway Patrol said Isaacs changed lanes on Interstate 4 and crashed her Dodge Durango into a Ford Focus before leaving the scene, allegedly causing a chain-reaction crash that killed a motorcyclist and the driver and passenger of a Honda Pilot. The Durango was later found unattended in a parking lot, according to FHP. >>Previous coverage in video below: Daughter of motorcyclist killed in I-4 crash expresses relief over Ocala woman's arrest No further information on the case was available at the time of this writing.
