Champaign Co. crash clears; I-74W open again
Champaign County, Illinois - Traffic Update: Interstate 74 in Champaign County has reopened after a four-vehicle crash earlier. Illinois State Police reported that all lanes are now open at this time. The crash, which occurred around 4 p.m. at milepost 174 between Mahomet and Champaign, led to the closure of I-74 westbound as well as access from I-57 northbound and southbound. Thankfully, there have been no reported injuries. Motorists are advised to be cautious in the area and consider alternative routes if possible. State Police are still at the scene, and further updates are pending.
