Car sinks in water after Virginia Beach accident
According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, there was a collision involving two vehicles on King Richard Drive where one of the cars ended up fully submerged in water nearby on Tuesday afternoon. The incident happened around 2:59 p.m. and VBPD officials are currently looking into the matter.
