SALEM, Conn. (WTNH) — A Dunkin' has significant structural damage after a vehicle crashed into the front of its building on Monday, according to Salem Fire Department officials. Fire crews were dispatched to the New London Road store around 4:45 p.m. for report of a car into a building. On scene, they found a single vehicle had breached the windows and wall. Officials determined a two-vehicle accident had occurred in the roundabout and one car careened off into the building. Three people refused medical treatment on scene, they said. The Dunkin is temporarily closed due to the structural damage. The health department was also notified.
